How the cookie notice preference works

The storage key used by the files in this archive is panflut_pro_notice_v1.

The stored record contains a dismissal time and an expiry time set 180 days later.

localStorage does not delete the record automatically. If the saved record has expired, the site code removes it the next time the page is opened.

You can clear the preference by using the “Redisplay Cookie Notice” button in the footer or by deleting site data in your browser settings.

If local storage is unavailable, closing the notice still works for the current page view without saving the preference.
